Consultations you can ask for
- If you are aged 16 to 74 and have not had a consultation or been to a clinic with us in the last 3 years, you can ask us for a consultation.
- If you are 75 or over and have not had a consultation in the last 12 months, you can ask us for a consultation. If we think your health means you cannot come to the practice or have a remote consultation, we will see you at home.
At the consultation we will ask you questions and do any checks we think are right for you.
Pharmacy First
Most pharmacies can offer prescription medicine for some conditions, without you needing to see a GP or make an appointment. This is called Pharmacy First.
Fit notes
You do not need a fit note (sometimes called a sick note) if you cannot work for 7 days or less.
Test results
You can ask us for your test results.
